Do we really need to clog our roads up?

It's four years away and there have already been major problems and rising costs. I personally think the games should never have been thrust upon us, but that's just my opinion - what's yours?

SPECIAL OLYMPIC lanes will be used to get athletes to the 2012 Olympic Games without getting stuck in traffic. The temporary Games Lanes will be used by athletes, judges, Olympics officials and media to help them avoid congestion and get to the games.

The Olympic site was on the news last night - apparently they're completing it quicker than anticipated

i went by the olympic stadium on wednesday , it does look impressive ,but as for the special lanes , i think its scandalous that they are gonna fine people over £200 for straying into these lanes .
